Starting in the contracting business in the late 70's and early 80's, Philip McNeil soon realized he preferred finish carpentry more than rough carpentry. He started by building cabinets and doing trim work for the projects he was currently working on, which led to doing work for others." I enjoyed the work in the shop, Philip says, mainly because you didn't have any rain outs, and it wasn't too hot or too cold".

Incorporated in 1987, McNeil Cabinet and Mill Work started to service more and more commercial contractors. Today the commercial field makes up almost 100 percent of the work we do. From a small 2 man operation, to a 40,000 sq foot state of the art facility with several employees, McNeil Cabinet and Mill Work is dedicated to small and large jobs alike.
